As an alternative to a full IR35 Contract Review, for a fixed fee of £250, we can amend your contract covering all IR35 and significant commercial issues and negotiate with your agency or client on your behalf. If the outcome is successful, we can provide a summary IR35 Contract Review.

This service is appropriate if your agency or client has issued a contract and you haven’t yet started work. You also need to check that the agency or client is willing to consider amendments to the contract.

How does this work?

1. Complete the Order Form and make payment for £250;
2. Complete the online Questionnaire – note, the work must be project-based, and all itemised tasks must identify an output;
3. Send a copy of the contract in Word format;
4. The amendments will be shown as ‘tracked changes’ to the contract and will be sent to you for approval within two working days;
5. You can choose to negotiate with the agency or client yourself or we can do this for you;
6. If successful, we prepare a summary IR35 Contract Review for an additional £50.

These services are only available to contractors using a limited company, partnership or other ‘intermediary’ body.
